We are a safe place to have uncomfortable and real conversations about the treatment and challenges faced by black and ethnic minorities within the fashion industry. With the intention of offering education to brands, modelling agencies and artist agencies to help improve the industry.

Our mission is to build a diverse and inclusive community of experts/creatives that can educate and share their experiences within the fashion industry to inspire others with similar aspirations. This will focus on black and ethnic minority creatives to advocate for diversity and inclusion within this industry.
Our goals are to ensure that when fashion week comes there are stylists that are readily available for black and minority models. As well as to ensure that stylists know and understand the different requirements for black and ethnic minority models. Within all of this we intent to produce product and tutorials for hair and makeup to better educate the industry of the individual needs of black and minority models.
